Go to the Workflow tab and select the event trigger (e.g., Form Submission).
Add the "Set/Remove Email or SMS Phone" action.
Configure the following properties:
Type: Select email
or phone
based on the value being set or removed.
Action Type:
add
: To associate the value.
remove
: To disassociate the value.
Value: Provide the email address or phone number.
