Send Push Notification

Send targeted push notifications to specific users or groups via OneSignal.

Recommended Setup:

Configure this action within a custom workflow triggered by user interaction, scheduled notifications, or specific app events.

Steps:

1. Create a Custom Workflow or select an existing workflow for sending notifications.

2. Add the OneSignal Push Notification action.

3. Configure the following properties:

   • App ID: Enter your OneSignal app ID.

   • User ID or IDs: Provide a comma-separated list of OneSignal player IDs (external user IDs) to target specific users.

   • Body Text: Enter the main message content of the notification.

   • Heading Text: Set a heading for the notification.

   • URL: Add an optional URL for redirection when the notification is clicked.

   • Icon URL: Provide an icon URL to display a small icon on the left side of the notification.
