Assign a custom tag to the user for OneSignal notifications.

Use this action on user registration or when user preferences change to manage targeted notifications.
Go to the Workflow tab and select the event trigger (e.g., Form Submission or Preference Update).
Add the "Set Tag" action.
Configure the following property:
Tag Name: Enter the custom tag value to be assigned.
