Set/Remove Email or SMS Phone

Associate or disassociate an email address or phone number with the user in OneSignal.

Use this action during user signup or profile updates for better targeting of notifications.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Workflow tab and select the event trigger (e.g., Form Submission).

  2. Add the "Set/Remove Email or SMS Phone" action.

  3. Configure the following properties:

    • Type: Select email or phone based on the value being set or removed.

    • Action Type:

      • add: To associate the value.

      • remove: To disassociate the value.

    • Value: Provide the email address or phone number.
